About Libby Clarke

Libby Clarke started her real estate career in 2004 helping clients purchase and sell real estate in Washington, DC. She graduated from St. Mary's College of California with a degree in communications and subsequently launched her career with a position in the Senate Finance Committee. During her career, she has worked in fundraising, special event planning, management, and project management with several non-profit organizations. Her former work experience has greatly enhanced her ability to be detail oriented while still seeing the larger picture, be a master logistician, and fierce negotiator which has well served our buyers and sellers.

Libby loves meeting new people and truly enjoys helping them navigate the real estate process -- whether it is buying a new home or selling one they have lived in for 40 years. Throughout her career in real estate, Libby has combined her ability to build relationships and sharp business acumen to provide our clients with responsive, meticulous, and friendly service so that they can achieve their goals. Libby grew up in Denver, Colorado along with her ten brothers and sisters and has lived with her husband on Capitol Hill since 1988. She raised four daughters living and working in DC and greatly enjoys being a part of the community as an active volunteer and neighbor. She loves this city and is excited to share her knowledge with you.

Fun facts: Libby rowed crew in college, she unknowingly sat next to Pele on an airplane and talked to him incessantly so that he never got a word in edgewise (you have to work with us to know the end of the story), and her superpower is her ability to connect with everyone (even Pele).
